What is a mobile ATM rental?
A mobile ATM is a full-featured, bank-grade ATM that travels: we deliver it to your event, connect it wirelessly, stock it with cash and take it away when the event ends. Event ATM rentals are used at fairs, festivals, weddings, racetracks and trade shows where there's no permanent machine on site.
Where do you rent event ATMs?
We're based in New York's Hudson Valley and serve events throughout New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Massachusetts, including the Catskills, the Capital Region, Rochester, Syracuse, Buffalo and the greater NYC area. For events farther out, send us the details and we'll quote delivery.
How much does it cost to rent an ATM for an event?
Standard rental is $400 per day for the first machine, $300 for the second and $250 for each additional machine. Book two days and save 10%, three or four days 15%, five or more 20%. Large, high-volume fairs can qualify for a no-fee revenue share instead.
Do you need Wi‑Fi or a phone line?
No. Our machines connect wirelessly, so they work in open fields, fairgrounds and parking lots. We only need standard power, or we can talk through generator options for remote sites.
Can guests use the ATM without paying a fee?
Yes. Choose the surcharge‑free option and guests pay nothing at the machine. You're billed $4.00 per transaction after the event, on one invoice with the rental.
Who stocks and services the machine during the event?
We do. Every rental includes delivery, setup, cash replenishment, monitoring and pickup. One phone number reaches our team for the length of your event.
